These Terms and Conditions (“Terms” or “Agreement”) below are set at the sole discretion of spinTouch and govern and regulate your (“you,” “your,” or “Customer”) use of RapidScreen. In submitting your Purchase Order or Signing the Proposal for Devices, you acknowledge reviewing these Terms, approving and accepting them.
