Agreement I/We hereby make application for a Building Permit under the provisions of the Alberta Building Code 2006 and amendments thereto, in accordance with the plans and supporting information submitted herewith which form a part of the Application. The permit holder hereby certifies that this installation will be completed in accordance with the Alberta Safety Codes Act and Regulations. Work shall commence within 90 days of issuance of the Building Permit and the Building Permit will expire one year from date of issuance.
