The Agreement is made this 15th day of December, 2015, by and between Motorola Solutions, Inc., of 1301 East Algonquin Rd, 4th Floor, Schaumburg, IL 60196 (party of the first part, and hereinafter known as “Contractor”), and the County of Dinwiddie, Virginia (party of the second part, and hereinafter known as “County”).
