This Farm And Programming Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into the 23 day of April, 2018 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the City of Fishers, Hamilton County, Indiana (the “City”) and Brandywine Creek Farms, LLC, an Indiana limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Indiana, with its principal place of business located at 5332 North 400 East, Greenfield, Indiana, 46140 (“Brandywine”) as set forth below. The City and Brandywine may hereinafter also be referred to jointly as “Parties” and singularly as a “Party.”
