This Interlocal Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into between El Paso County Community College District (EPCC) and Canutillo Independent School District (Canutillo ISD) (collectively, the “Parties”) for the purpose of the development and support of a Pathways in Technology Early College High School (P-TECH or P-TECH Program) at Canutillo HS effective as of this day of 2023.
