This Transfer Partnership Agreement (or “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Dallas College (“Dallas College”), a Texas political subdivision of higher education, located at 1601 Botham Jean Blvd., Dallas, Texas 75215 and Concordia University Texas (“CTX”), a Private institution organized and existing under the laws of the State of Texas, located at 11400 Concordia University Drive, Austin, Texas 78726. The College and CTX may hereafter be individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties”.
