The tenant further acknowledges that the unit being rented is a "transient" property and the occupancy is permitted only in the status of a "transient guest". Tenant confirms by signing this agreement that this is not, nor is planned to be a permanent residence and occupancy is not allowed beyond the check-in and check-out dates stated in this agreement. If you have not vacated the premises at the check-out date and time you will be charged a late check-out fee or an additional night rental.
