Policies, which payment is to be applied towards redemption of the Relevant Mortgage Receivables. It is a condition of the CBC for the purchase and acceptance of the assignment of the Mortgage Receivables that any Beneficiary Rights, to the extent legally possible and required, are assigned to the CBC together with such Mortgage Receivables. The Transferor has agreed to assign such Beneficiary Rights to the CBC and the CBC has agreed to accept such assignment on the terms of and subject to the conditions as set out in this Agreement.
