This School Counseling Affiliation Agreement (“Agreement”) is dated and effective October 5, 2021 (“Effective Date”) between Conejo Valley Unified School District (“District”), a California K–12 district and political subdivision of the State of California, and Grand Canyon University (“University”). District and University are also referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as “Party.”
