(“Agreement”) is made effective the 1st day of April, 2012, between the CITY OF CADILLAC, Cadillac, Michigan (“City”), and the COUNTY OF WEXFORD, acting through the WEXFORD COUNTY EQUALIZATION DEPARTMENT, Wexford County, Michigan (“Equalization Department”).
