THIS ART INSTITUTE SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made between the OAKLAND COUNTY ART INSTITUTE AUTHORITY, a Michigan public body corporate (the “Authority”), organized pursuant to Articles of Incorporation filed by the County of Oakland a Michigan municipal corporation (“Oakland County”), and THE DETROIT INSTITUTE OF ARTS, INC., which is a Michigan not-for-profit corporation (the “DIA”).
