(“Bancorp”), Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, a registered bank holding company, and its subsidiary bank, Tennessee State Bank, Pigeon Forge, Tennessee (the “Bank”), a state chartered bank that is a member of the Federal Reserve System, Bancorp, the Bank, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta (the “Reserve Bank”) have mutually agreed to enter into this Written Agreement (the “Agreement”); and
