Contract Type FiledApril 11th, 2011Booth space is sold by square footage but the shape of the building may force irregularly shaped vending spaces. A minimum of 100 square feet is assured. Space must be reserved in 100 square foot increments. No sub dividing of larger spaces is permitted. Booth space must be reserved for all four days. Fees paid toward booth space rental are non-refundable. In order to minimize duplication of merchandise sold, you must list the type of merchandise sold, or the merchandise may not be sold. All requests for space reservations must be accompanied by payment (personal checks accepted only on approval of the Vendor Chairman). Booth space and type of goods offered are on a limited basis at the discression of the Vendor Chairman. Booth space is sold on a first come, first serve basis. Reservation acceptance and booth locations are predesignated and based on a combination of seniority, consistantcy in attendence and are at the discretion of the Vendor Chairman.
