This MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made by and between CSG Media, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal offices at 33 W. Monroe St., Suite 900, Chicago, IL 60603 (“CSG”), and Sony DADC US Inc., a Delaware corporation with a place of business at 4499 Glencoe Avenue, Marina Del Rey, CA 90292 (“Customer” and sometimes referred to as “Sony DADC”). CSG and Customer are sometimes individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”. The “Effective Date” of this Agreement is November 14, 2011.
