These General Terms shall apply to the purchase of Goods and/or Services by Loqate where accompanied by a Purchase Order and the Parties have not entered bespoke terms and conditions. Where these General Terms apply, they shall take precedence over any terms or conditions which the Supplier may purport to apply under any sales offer, standard terms of sale, acknowledgement of order or similar documentation.
