This Purchase and Sale Agreement is made and entered into this day of , 2020 between the CITY OF COMPTON, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as “BUYER”, and CITY OF VERNON, a California charter City and California municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as “SELLER”.
