The undersigned user agrees to use the courtesy car provided by the Salem Airport in a reasonable and proper fashion and to abide by all laws and ordinances of the State of Missouri and the City of Salem. In case of any accident, the user shall notify the Salem Police at 573-729-4242. The City Salem and the Salem Airport are not responsible for any citations or summons received by user during the operation of the vehicle. Use of the vehicle must be within a sixty (60) mile radius of the airport. User must return the car within twenty-four hours with a full tank of gasoline.
