This Cooperation Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of June 17, 2024 (the “Effective Date”) by and among Culp, Inc., a North Carolina corporation (the “Company”), and each of the persons listed on Exhibit A hereto (each, an “Investor” and collectively, the “Investors” or the “Investor Group”).
