In consideration of Volleyball New Zealand (VNZ) selecting me for the above event/programme, I agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. I also understand that this agreement must be signed by me as a commitment of my involvement in the team and if it is not signed and returned to VNZ by Friday 1st February 2019, then I further understand that I may forfeit my place in the team.
