The following Terms of Service (“Agreement”) constitute a legal agreement between the entity (“Customer”) executing an Order for the Services (as such terms are defined herein) and Bootstrap Software Partners LLC d/b/a PoliteMail Software (“PoliteMail”), which governs Customer’s use of the Services.
