Amendment”) dated , 2013, is made by and between CITY OF RIO VISTA, a California municipal corporation (“Lessor”), and T-MOBILE WEST LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as successor-in-interest to Pacific Bell Wireless, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (together with its successors and assigns, “Lessee"). The Lessor and Lessee may sometimes be referred to herein collectively as the “Parties”.
