These Terms of Use (this "Agreement"), which is a legal agreement between you ("You" or “Your” or “Member”) and KloseBuy, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("KloseBuy"), shall govern Your use of and access to the Services (as defined below) and the Website (as defined below).
