EARLY COLLEGE HIGH SCHOOL MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEENMemorandum of Understanding • November 4th, 2024
NORTHEAST LAKEVIEW COLLEGE (herein referred to as “the College”), a college of the ALAMO COLLEGE DISTRICT (herein referred to as “Alamo Colleges District”), and the FREDERICKSBURG INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT (herein referred to as the “School District”), a Texas Independent School District contracting on behalf of its Early College High School (herein referred to as the “ECHS”), enter the following Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) for the continuation of the School District ECHS as of the 2024-2027 Academic Year. The execution of this MOU nullifies any previous or existing ECHS MOUs. Collectively the partners are referred to as “Parties.” The Parties enter into this Agreement under the general provisions of the Interlocal Cooperation Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 791.
