This Amendment (the “Amendment”) amends the Local Wholesale Complete Commercial Agreement (LWC) by and between AT&T-22STATE and Assurance Home Phone Services, Inc. (“CARRIER”), hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”, executed July 14, 2010 and shall apply in the State(s) of Florida and Kentucky.
