THIS SHARE AWARD AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated as of the 11th day of _March , 2010, governs the Share Award granted by PEBBLEBROOK HOTEL TRUST, a Maryland real estate investment trust (the “Company”), to Jon E.
