THIS SALES TAX SHARING AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is entered into by and between (i) CITY OF SIGNAL HILL, a California municipal corporation and Charter law city ("Signal Hill"), and (ii) the CITY OF LONG BEACH, a California municipal corporation and Charter law City ("Long Beach"). Signal Hill and Long Beach are sometimes individually referred to herein as a "Party" or "City" and collectively as "Parties" or "Cities".
