This Limited License for Non-Commercial Research Use Only (“License Agreement”) is the legal agreement between you (“Licensee”), which purchased the accompanying products and BD Biosciences (“Licensor”), for the internal research use of fluorescent protein vector technology (“Product”).‌‌
