STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE LATIN AMERICA REGION TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES ESTÁNDAR DE VENTAREGIÓN AMÉRICA LATINA Unless ZEBRA TECHNOLOGIES INTERNATIONAL,LLC., or any of its affiliates ("Seller"), agrees otherwise in writing or Seller and the entity which placed a purchase order with Seller (“Buyer”) have entered into a written and express agreement for the sale from Seller to Buyer of equipment, accessories, parts, or software licenses (“Products”) or Services (“Services”) (in which case, such agreement will continue to govern the sale of such Products or Services), the following terms and conditions ("T&Cs") shall apply to all sales of all Products and Services from Seller to Buyer in or for Latin America.
