The undersigned in consideration of being permitted to use the premises, buildings, facilities or equipment, or to have services performed by students of the Genesee Valley Central School District does hereby agree that he/she, or his or her heirs or assigns will not make any claim or demand against said school district for bodily injury, personal injury or damage to his/her property arising from such use or services.
