This Amendment is entered into between Washington County, Oregon, the City of Beaverton, Oregon, the City of Tigard, Oregon and the City of Hillsboro, Oregon to amend and extend the HOME Consortium Cooperation Agreement entered into by the parties for Federal Fiscal Years 2021 -2023 for the purpose of participating in the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (hereafter referred to as “HOME”) of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”).
