This Fourth Amendment (“Amendment”) to the Amended and Restated Agreement for the Collection of Solid Waste, Recyclables, Yard Waste and Other Compostables is entered into as of June 11, 2019, by and between the City of South El Monte, a California municipal corporation (the “City”) and Arakelian Enterprises, Inc., a California corporation d/b/a Athens Services (“Contractor”; jointly with City, the “Parties”).
