WHEREAS, the Forum has been formed as a nonprofit nonstock corporation dedicated to facilitating collaboration on a project basis to build sustainable ecosystems, open source projects, and/or other accelerations of technology development including without limitation industry adoption of standards and/or specifications and other technology solutions;
