This Amendment No. 3 (this “Amendment”) shall be deemed effective on October 1, 2011 (the “Amendment Effective Date”) by and between Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Massachusetts, f/k/a New England Telephone and Telegraph Company, d/b/a Bell Atlantic - Massachusetts (“Verizon”), a New York corporation with offices at 185 Franklin Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02110, and Comcast Phone of Massachusetts Inc., a corporation with offices at One Comcast Center, Philadelphia, PA 19103, (Verizon and Comcast may be hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the "Parties"). This Amendment only covers the services addressed herein that Verizon provides in its operating territory in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (the “State”).
