This 380 Economic Development Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of (the “Effective Date”) by and among the City of Burleson (the “City”), a Texas municipality located in the Counties of Johnson and Tarrant, State of Texas, acting by and through its city manager, Hill College (“Hill College”), a Texas public community college, acting through its duly-authorized president, and Burleson Independent School District (“BISD”), a Texas independent school district, acting by and through its duly-authorized superintendent. The City, Hill College and BISD may sometimes hereafter be referred to individually as a “party” or collectively as the “parties.” In consideration of the mutual benefits and promises contained herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows.
