Inspired by the Lambert Agreements from the United Kingdom this and the accompanying agreements are designed to be used as models for universities wishing to begin negotiations with sponsors of research projects. This agreement is most effectively used after a worksheet (separately provided) has been agreed to by the Principal Investigator at the University and the Contact Person at the Sponsor and the results of the information gathered on that worksheet have been analyzed in accordance with the decision tree provided therein.
