The Geospatial Data and related material was created or compiled by Monroe County with the intent of using the data for county government related activities, and not with the intent of distribution of this information to outside individuals or entities for other purposes. Consequently, Geospatial Data and other materials including mapping are provided “as is “ without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
