RECITALS: Oxbridge Group Pty Ltd (“Oxbridge Group”) wishes to appoint the sub-agent to refer potential purchasers or customers to Oxbridge Group, for the developments provided to the sub-agent by the agent, on the Terms and Conditions contained in this agreement. The customers referred to Oxbridge Group will remain the property of the sub-agent and will not be contacted directly or indirectly by Oxbridge Group unless so requested by the sub-agent.
