This document contains the procedures for all disabled facilities adaptations, including the standards and target time-scales. The Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act 1970 (CSDP) and Housing Grants, Construction & Regeneration Act 1996 (HGCR) form the legislative framework, within which local advocates, service users and the Council developed this local policy.
