In recognition of the fact that differences may arise between Liberty National Life Insurance Company ("the Company") and the undersigned Applicant arising out of or relating to the Applicant’s recruitment, application for a position or, in the event the Applicant is subsequently hired/appointed by the Company, the Applicant’s employment/appointment with the Company or the termination of that employment/appointment, and in recognition of the fact that resolution of any differences in the courts is rarely timely or cost effective for either party, the Company and the Applicant have entered into this Mutual Agreement to Arbitrate ("the Agreement") in order to establish and gain the benefits of a speedy, impartial and cost-effective dispute resolution procedure. This Agreement changes the forum where any dispute between the Company and the Applicant may be resolved and the procedures to be followed. Arbitration in accordance with this Agreement does not prevent the Applicant from filing a
