DOG HOTEL/DAY CARE CONTRACTDay Care Contract • August 15th, 2018
The owner obtained this dog from a Breeder under conditions such that particulars of age, breeding, registration are known or a Rescue Centre that has provided all known information. The owner has stated that they are the current owner and are fully able to sanction this Agreement. The owner is of the opinion that the dog has a temperament & personality suitable for a family pet and companion if provided good training and handling. The owner will at their convenience provide such advice or counseling as Canine Assist may request to deal with any problems of adjustment and training.
