Extrel during the performance of the Services, and (ii) fully cooperate with Extrel in the performance of its duties hereunder and ensure all appropriate Purchaser personnel and any required third party personnel under Purchaser's control or direction will be available as reasonably required to permit Extrel to perform the Services required under this Sales Agreement.

The documents comprising this Sales Agreement are: (1) Order Form; (2) Proposal - Service Maintenance Terms; and (3) General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
