is made this 26th day of September, 2001, effective as of the lst day of October, 1976, by and between the Employer Members of the Hampton Roads Shipping Association (hereinafter referred to as “HRSA”) and the Affiliated Locals of the Port of Hampton Roads, Virginia of the International Longshoremen’s Association, AFL-CIO (hereinafter referred to as “ILA”) and the Trustees appointed by both parties (hereinafter referred to as “Trustees”).
