This contract agreement is hereby made and entered into as of this August 1, 2017 (the "Effective Date"), by and between the Florida Commission on Community Service, doing business as Volunteer Florida (the "Commission"), having its principle place of business at 3800 Esplanade Way, Suite 180, Tallahassee, FL 32311, and Nassau County Board of County Commissioners, an entity organized under the laws of the State of Florida with its principal place of business located at 96135 Nassau Place Yulee, FL 32097 (the "Provider") (collectively, the "Parties") and referred to herein as the "Contract Agreement."
