THIS AMENDMENT TO SCOPE OF WORK (the “Amendment”) is entered into this 31st day of August, 2020, by and between Johnson Controls Fire Protection (the “Company”), and Williamson County, Texas (the “Customer”), to amend, change and modify the Master Monitoring Agreement between Company and Customer dated April 2, 2019 (the “Agreement”).
