COMMUNITY PROJECT (“Agreement”) for participation in an approved Solar Rewards-Community Project of Northern States Power Company (“Utility”) is entered into by and between NEW ENERGY EQUITY LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Operator”) and the City of Maple Grove, a retail electric utility customer of the Utility (“Subscriber”), pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 216B.1641 and Section 9 - Cogeneration and Small Power Production of the Utility’s Minnesota Electric Rate Book (“Tariff”), each of which as may be amended or supplemented from time to time. Operator and Subscriber may hereinafter be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
