This Professional Services Agreement ("AGREEMENT") is made and entered into this 25th day of September, 2018 by and between, College Place Fire Department (“Fire Department”) 629 S College Ave, College Place, WA 99324 and Systems Design West, LLC a Washington limited liability company having their principal place of business located at 19265 Powder Hill Place NE Poulsbo, Washington 98370 hereinafter referred to as the (“Consultant”) Collectively the Fire Department and the Consultant shall be known as the “PARTIES”.
