THIS MASTER SSO SUPPLY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) made and entered into this day of , 20[ ] (the “Effective Date”) by and between The Dayton Power and Light Company, which is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Ohio, and each of the suppliers listed on Appendix A severally, but not jointly (each an “SSO Supplier” and, collectively, the “SSO Suppliers”). The Dayton Power and Light Company and each SSO Supplier are hereinafter sometimes referred to collectively as the “Parties,” or individually as a “Party.”
