• Please read this document carefully. This housing agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding legal agreement that details a set of conditions between you, the student, and Elon University. This Agreement guarantees you a space in campus housing for the Agreement Term specified in paragraph one of Terms and Conditions. This Agreement may be terminated only under the conditions set forth herein.
