In order to protect certain Business Sensitive or Proprietary Information (Information), Fermi Research Alliance, LLC (FRA or Fermilab), under the authority of its Prime Contract No. DE-AC02-07CH11359 with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and having an address at Pine and Kirk, Batavia, IL, 60510-5011, and Enter Company Name (Company) having an address at Enter Company Address, hereinafter referred to individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties,” hereby agree to the following:
