This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") forms an integral part of, and is subject to the DealSwap Terms of Service, entered into by and between you ("Customer" or "Controller") and DealSwap Ltd. ("DealSwap" and the "Terms", respectively). Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the Terms.
